This privacy policy explains how MELLOWMATIC MUSIC or ‘we’, use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website and our services. Mellowmatic are fully compliant to all updated GDPR regulations and applicable UK / EU laws.

What information do we collecT?

When you register with Mellowmatic and/or place an order, we may need to collect your Full Name, Address, Contact Number and Email Address.

Why DO we need your data?

This information allows us to fulfil your order/purchase, notify you of the status of your order or contact you directly if there are any issues with an order that you have placed. This information also allows us to manage your account and to email you about other products, services, news, live shows and other information that we think will be of interest to you via the means of our marketing newsletters (more info below).

If Mellowmatic Music is ever sold or transferred, your collected information will be passed on to this new party and only used for the original intentions as set out in this policy.

We will take cautionary measure to ensure we do not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the above services to you.

We would like to send you updates, news and information about live shows, new releases, products and services and other projects that we are involved with, which we deem may be of interest to you. For your information, the only information passed to MailChimp (if you have subscribed to our mailing list) will be your contact email address, city, First and Last name.
